Job summary

Schwan's Company is seeking a Commercialization Project Manager to lead initiatives from concept to marketplace, coordinating with Marketing, Finance, Operations, R&D, and Demand Planning. You will drive launches, renovations, packaging updates, and discontinuations with a strategic, detail-oriented approach.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience, influences stakeholders, and is familiar with Stage-Gate processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, commercialization, marketing, sales, or related field, preferably in CPG.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through launch.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability across teams.
• Familiarity with Stage-Gate processes and project management tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through commercialization, including launches, renovations, packaging changes, and discontinuations.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones, mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, R&D, and Demand Planning to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive accountability and alignment to achieve project objectives and business goals.
• Maintain portfolio data accuracy and provide reporting on portfolio health, pipeline, and capacity.
