The Opportunity

The Commercialization Manager will oversee product commercialization efforts, lead go-to-market teams, develop product plans, organize activities, and coordinate resources to ensure successful product delivery and onboarding. This role works cross-functionally within the organization, with external vendors, and clients.

A Day In the Life

  • Oversee communication with stakeholders regarding status and risks to ensure readiness for sales, implementation, and support.
  • Develop and coordinate new processes to improve efficiency and transparency.
  • Lead project governance and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage project timelines, success criteria, and documentation.
  • Report on project status, issues, risks, and milestones.
  • Facilitate service delivery across product activities to improve effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, manage team accountability, and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or minimum eight years of product/project management or client experience.
  • Project Management Certification (preferred) such as CX or Lean Six Sigma.
  • At least five years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time.
  • Thorough knowledge of the financial services industry and product lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of technology project methodologies.

Pay Range

$84,900.00 to $108,200.00, adjusted based on experience and other factors.
