Position Summary

CONSOL Innovations LLC, a research and manufacturing organization located in Triadelphia, WV, and a subsidiary of Core Natural Resources, Inc., is a fast-growing, innovative company focused on developing and producing advanced carbon products with applications in building products, energy storage, aerospace, defense, and advanced materials.

We are seeking a highly motivated Building Products Commercialization Manager to lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for our line of carbon composite building products, including decking, siding, and roofing. This role is essential for driving market adoption, revenue growth, and strategic positioning of new products. The ideal candidate will have deep industry expertise, strong commercial instincts, and a robust network of customer and distributor relationships.

Target Responsibilities

  1. Promote Core Natural Resources' values: Safety, Sustainability, & Continuous Improvement.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for new products, including pricing, positioning, channel strategy, and sales enablement.
  3. Identify target market segments, customer needs, and value propositions; build relationships with key stakeholders.
  4. Establish and expand sales channels and distribution networks; train and support sales teams and distributors.
  5. Coordinate product launches, marketing campaigns, trade shows, technical documentation, and sales training.
  6. Monitor market intelligence, including competitive landscape, product specifications, codes, and regulations.
  7. Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to support new product development based on market needs.
  8. Ensure logistics, packaging, and supply chain readiness for product rollout.
  9. Track and report on commercialization metrics, customer feedback, and market trends; recommend adjustments.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in the building products industry, with a focus on decking, siding, roofing, or related categories.
  • Experience in developing and executing product commercialization strategies.
  • Understanding of sales channels, contractor networks, and logistics.
  • Knowledge of product specifications, building codes, testing, and certification processes.
  • Established network of industry contacts including customers, contractors, architects, and distributors.
  • Ability to strategize and execute tactically, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable to fast-paced, innovative environments.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
