Position Overview: Commercialization Analyst - Technical

The Commercialization Analyst - Technical manages end-to-end data setup and validation to support the NA Consumer, NA BFS, and NA PepsiCo businesses. Responsibilities include data setup and validation for New Products, Revisions, Renovations, Supply Chain initiatives, Regulatory initiatives, Business Continuity, and CCI projects. This involves ECC data, S4 data, and interim processes between ERP systems. The individual collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met, communicating effectively with the Project Manager and Project Champions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Initiation / Validation:
  • Manage data creation within systems like Lotus Notes, Step, ECC, S4, Power App for various product and packaging setups.
  • Oversee data portfolio across all business segments, including Retail, Club, Private Label, BFS, DTC, eCommerce, PepsiCo, and International markets.
  • Coordinate data approach across multiple project teams and manufacturing locations.
  • Facilitate Data Validation and BOM Reviews.
  • Create data analytics and specifications to support sales launches.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership:
  • Serve as technical data SME for project teams on various initiatives using SAP ERP systems.
  • Partner with project managers to align data timing with project plans.
  • Collaborate with global and internal teams to meet project milestones.
  • Act as data steward to ensure timely data setup and reviews.
  • Process Improvements:
  • Report monthly on data analytics, issues, and resolutions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data processes.
  • Enhance turnaround times and readiness to improve service levels.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercialization, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Global Data roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including leadership, communication, and influence.
  • Ability to manage data under ambiguous and fast-paced conditions.
  • Capability to handle multiple priorities and proactively address issues.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a bias toward action.
  • Project management and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP/S4.
