You will accurately process commercial title transactions, ensuring compliance with state rules and internal procedures while collaborating with internal teams to keep client vehicles moving smoothly.

The role emphasizes detail-oriented work, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with title work is a plus, but training can be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and MVR review.

Responsibilities

• Process commercial motor vehicle title transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Review title documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with all MVD policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Accurately complete required forms and documentation.
• Maintain organized and accurate records.
