Polaris Inc. is seeking a Technical Service Specialist (Commercial Vehicles) in Medina, MN. You will act as a technical problem-solver for Commercial customers, guiding diagnostics, repair direction, and warranty decisions with a cross-functional team.

The role requires hands-on vehicle knowledge, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work outside standard hours and travel up to 10%. This hybrid position supports dealer, customer, and partner interactions to resolve complex issues and

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in automotive or related field.
At least five years in technical service or similar.
Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic capability.
Experience with commercial fleets and warranty processes preferred.
Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilités

Serve as a trusted technical resource for Commercial products using vehicle knowledge, diagnostics, and dealer support systems.
Guide customers through diagnosis, repair direction, and fault isolation for complex concerns.
Own escalated situations from intake through resolution and drive next steps.
Exercise authority for goodwill and warranty approvals balancing customer experience and business impact.
Coordinate across service, warranty, parts, logistics, and other teams to deliver a unified response.
