Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred.
• 2-4 years of consumer and/or commercial underwriting required.
• Experience with financial analysis required.
• Experience reviewing and analyzing individual and company credit reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review and price a full range of deals, including $1M+ in gross annual revenue, considering affordability, credit, and risk factors.
• Add required stipulations as appropriate.
• Communicate with sales reps regarding pricing adjustments and required steps.
• Discuss and update on the competitive landscape in terms of pricing and commissions.
• Attend credit committee meetings and provide insights on deal viability.
• Train and support Underwriters.
• Review pricing and evaluation strategies, including deal grading and industry-specific details.
• Perform final review for funding and related documents.
