Kemper Corporation in Alpharetta, GA (and Lake Mary, FL) seeks a Commercial Underwriting Associate to be the primary contact for insureds and lienholders, delivering superior service and resolving policy inquiries. This role handles high-volume calls, interprets guidelines, researches policy information, and escalates risks when needed.
Requires 1+ year P&C experience, HS diploma, and strong communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Kemper's Commercial Underwriting Associate serves as the primary point of contact for insureds and lienholders for policy related inquiries. Provides superior customer service and offers solutions to customers to resolve problems within company guidelines.
Work schedule may fluctuate based on business needs.
This position will be reporting to the Lake Mary, FL or Alpharetta, GA office.
The range for this position is $20.38 to $35.01.
