Wilks Tire & Battery Service, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Service Technician at our Wilks Truck Center location. You will perform light mechanical maintenance and tire service for commercial trucks, RVs, and trailers, including brakes, oil changes, alignments, and DOT inspections.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of commercial experience, own tools, and the ability to work safely and independently. This is a hands-on position with a strong customer-service focus and on-site repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience including brakes and oil changes.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Have your own tools.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform light mechanical maintenance on commercial trucks and trailers.
• Lube, oil changes, and filter service.
• Alignments.
• Front end suspension work.
• Brakes & air system service.
• DOT annual inspections.
• Communicate service requirements to supervision.
• Submit service tickets and perform on-site repairs.
• Maintain clean and organized shop equipment and area.
• Maintain professional appearance and safety compliance.
