Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking a Commercial Tree Care Administrator to support its Tree Care Division across select markets. The role focuses on commercial customer billing, invoicing, accounts receivable support, and coordinating between customers, Sales, Operations, Finance, and field teams.

This office-based position emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in administrative, customer service, billing, or related office experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls professionally.
• Ability to coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for commercial customers, provide updates and resolve routine concerns.
• Handle calls regarding service updates, billing and account requirements.
• Maintain documentation of customer communications and account details.
• Escalate issues to Sales, Operations, or management and assist with follow-up.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to move jobs from intake through billing.
