Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; business major preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Spanish or additional language a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to travel up to 10% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service standards with customers and all internal bank departments.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of United Bank’s treasury services to maximize sales and advise commercial customers.
• Collaborate with Branch, Commercial Services, Treasury Management Operations and other departments to address treasury needs.
• Identify treasury management needs and propose solutions; facilitate onboarding and implementation.
• Develop profitable deposit relationships to maximize noninterest income for United Bank.
• Work with departments to pre-qualify clients for treasury services.
• Train customers on internet banking and related modules; coordinate with Treasury Management Operations for training.
• Interface with all lines of business to grow non-interest income from commercial clients.
• Cross-sell other bank products and refer clients to other bank areas when needed.
