Job summary

Purcell Tire and Service Centers is seeking an Experienced Commercial Service Tech to perform tire services on customers' property and on service calls, helping truck drivers return to the road. The role is physically demanding and may involve after-hours work.

Our Experienced Commercial Service Techs average $83k annually, with top techs earning $135k. A background screen is required, along with a valid driver’s license and at least 6 months of commercial tire experience.

Qualifications

• Pass a background screen
• 6 months commercial tire experience required
• Valid driver’s license and a 3-year clean MVR with no DUIs

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial, farm, and OTR tire replacements and installations
• Dismount wheels using lug wrenches and hand/power tools
• Repair, balance, rotate, mount, and replace tires
• Handle service calls as scheduled by the service manager
• Keep service vehicle fully stocked for daily work
• Perform basic maintenance on the service vehicle
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization
• Identify opportunities to improve products and services
