Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician to install and maintain tires and wheels, repair, rotate, and inflate tires, and rebalance wheels. The role includes TPMS calibration, battery testing, and occasional offsite road service.

You will deliver excellent customer service and help promote store sales. The position emphasizes safety, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels; install/relearn calibrate TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels; test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite/road services.

Job Description:Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of Commercial tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
