Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician to install, maintain, and service commercial tires and wheels. A strong emphasis is placed on exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies and the Code of Conduct.

The role covers tire installation, repair, balancing, and TPMS calibration, with opportunities for on-the-job training and career growth at Les Schwab’s multiple western states locations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting 35–75 pounds; bending, twisting, kneeling and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; rotate and inflate tires.
• Repair, rebalance and calibrate TPMS; wash tires and wheels.
• Test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road calls.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
