Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician to install and maintain tires and wheels, repair, rotate and inflate tires, and service TPMS. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service while supporting store sales and performing offsite and emergency road service as needed.

The position requires strong physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and a readiness to train on on-the-job skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach, rebalance wheels and calibrate TPMS.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Promote store sales and use the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
• Assist other employees and provide excellent customer service.
