Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician responsible for installing and maintaining tires and wheels, performing repairs, rotations, TPMS calibrations, and related services while delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves assisting customers, promoting store sales, and supporting offsite road service operations.

The position emphasizes safety and efficiency, with a focus on teamwork and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; rebalance wheels.
• Attach, relearn/calibrate TPMS and service batteries.
• Wash tires and wheels; test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite/emergency road calls.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
