Les Schwab Tire Centers in Bend, OR is hiring a Commercial Tire Service Technician responsible for sales, service, and maintenance of commercial tires and wheels, delivering excellent customer service and performing work per company policies. You will install and maintain tires, rotate and balance wheels, calibrate TPMS, test batteries, and assist customers.

On-the-job training is provided; a valid driver's license is required, and applicants should be able to lift 35–75 pounds in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Job Description - Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of Commercial tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Providing excellent customer service, promoting store sales
• Using the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers
