Job summary

BestDrive by Continental seeks a Sales Representative to solicit commercial tire accounts across designated areas and drive revenue through the sale of industrial tires, new truck tires, retreads and related services. You will maintain accounts with regular calls and follow-ups, and learn the billing system for seamless transactions.

Responsibilities include meeting sales and profit goals, evaluating customer needs, and developing product knowledge to provide accurate guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain a DOT med card.
• Previous sales experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment as part of a team.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Must pass a background check including employment history, SSN verification and criminal history.
• Must pass a physical exam and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial truck tire accounts in designated areas.
• Sell industrial tires, new truck tires, retreads and services.
• Maintain current accounts with regular sales calls and follow ups.
• Learn and use the billing system for above sales channels.
• Maintain acceptable profit margins and seek new accounts.
• Develop knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
• Meet sales and gross profit goals.
• Evaluate customer needs and make recommendations.
• Prepare weekly sales plans and complete call reports.
