Job summary

Progressive Roofing in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Commercial Tile and Shingle Roofer to install and repair tile and shingle roofing systems on commercial projects. Youll work with a skilled crew to deliver safe, professional results on schedule.

The role requires at least 2 years of commercial roofing experience, the ability to read plans and measure accurately, and the physical capability to lift 75 lbs and work at heights. OSHA 10 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial roofing experience (tile and/or shingle systems preferred).
• Ability to read plans, measure accurately, and install roofing materials per specifications.
• Physically capable of lifting 75 lbs and working at heights.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available).
• Dependable, safety-conscious and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tile and shingle roofing systems on commercial projects.
• Remove existing materials and prepare surfaces for installation.
• Measure, cut, and fit materials around obstacles and roof features.
• Apply underlayment, flashing, sealants, and waterproofing as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and in accordance with policies.
• Follow OSHA and company safety policies; work under a Foreman or Superintendent.
