Job summary
Progressive Roofing is seeking a skilled Commercial Roofing Service Roofer to join our Phoenix team. The role focuses on inspecting, repairing, and maintaining commercial roof systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and similar materials.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of commercial roofing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions. OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus, with opportunities for growth and a strong safety culture.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial roofing experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
- OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial roof inspections, repairs, and maintenance
- Diagnose and fix roof leaks on TPO, PVC, EPDM, and other systems
- Install flashings, sealants, and other roofing materials as needed
- Safely operate tools, equipment, and ladders/lifts
- Complete daily job reports and communicate with service managers
- Ensure job sites are clean and meet safety standards
- Work independently or as part of a 2-person service crew
