Progressive Roofing in the United States is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Roofer and Laborer to perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on flat and low-slope systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable working at heights with fall protection.
• OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial roof inspections, repairs, and maintenance
• Diagnose and fix roof leaks on TPO, PVC, EPDM, and other systems
• Install flashings, sealants, and other roofing materials as needed
• Safely operate tools, equipment, and ladders/lifts
• Complete daily job reports and communicate with service managers
• Ensure job sites are clean and meet safety standards
• Work independently or as part of a 2-person service crew
