Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers Inc. in Tampa, FL seeks a Commercial Superintendent to lead daily operations in the Commercial Department.

You will coordinate Foremen, Fitters and Apprentices, ensuring sprinkler installations meet schedule and budget constraints while following plans and codes. The role requires 5 years of new construction fire sprinkler experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with Q360 and related software.

• 5 years’ new construction fire sprinkler experience.
• Professional; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong communication.
• Computer/software knowledge with Q360 and related apps.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations in the Commercial Department.
• Coordinate and direct Foremen, Fitters, and Apprentices.
• Ensure each sprinkler installation is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Adhere to plans and applicable codes; support project teams.
