Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Fire Alarm Superintendent to lead alarm technician teams and ensure installations meet schedule and budget.

You will coordinate field crews, review job specs, and provide technical support while maintaining safety standards across sites. The role involves interviewing applicants, training staff, scheduling service calls, and ensuring project documentation is accurate.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Fire Alarm Experience.
• Computer/software knowledge with Q360 and other apps/programs.
• Design and Field experience is preferred, but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct the activities of Alarm Technicians.
• Ensure fire sprinkler system installations are on schedule and within budget.
• Train and coach employees and oversee safety rules on job sites.
• Schedule installation procedures and review job specifications.

Ensures each fire sprinkler system installation is completed on schedule and within budget.Day to DayStudies the specifications of each job in order to schedule all installation procedures—such as starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of the installation—based on expert knowledge of the available tools, equipment and installation methods.Sets up and reviews monitoring accounts.Interviews job applicants for Alarm Technicians and provides input regarding hiring decisions.
