Teiken Global Ltd. seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead sophisticated interiors/TI projects in Colorado. The role centers on driving project schedules, coordinating on-site teams, and maintaining strong client relations while delivering high-quality interiors work.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in commercial interiors, strong leadership, and the ability to manage subcontractors on site, with a focus on safety and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Commercial Interiors/TI projects.
• Ability to develop from scratch a CPM schedule.
• Capable of managing projects and leading on-site teams of employees and subcontractors/vendors.
• Comfortable in client-facing environments.
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
• Experience in the Denver construction market is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site face of the project, liaising with clients and senior leadership.
• Create and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
• Supervise field operations and steward the overall project execution.

Construction Superintendent - Aerospace/Manufacturing/BioPharma Commercial Interiors/TI Projects

$100,000 - $135,000 Base Salary + Truck (inc. gas card, toll pass etc.) + Full healthcare paid for you and your family + Bonus + 401k + Perks

You will be tasked with being the "face" of a project, which includes responsibilities like client and senior leadership liaison, schedule creation/management, field operations supervision and overall project stewardship.

Candidate Background, Skills, and Experience

• Must have experience in running Commercial Interiors/TI projects
• Must be able to build from scratch a CPM schedule
• Must be able to manage projects and lead a team of employees and subcontractors/vendors on site
• Must be comfortable operating in client-facing environments
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
• Experience within the Denver construction market desirable but not essential
