Job summary

Qualifications

• Division 3 concrete experience required.
• Working knowledge of drawings, change orders, and SOVs.

Responsibilities

• Complete takeoffs through OST and obtain pricing from various concrete and reinforcement vendors.
• Build proposals in our Excel bid template, review with account managers, and submit to general contractors.
• Support project managers with change orders from revised plans.
