Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Santa Monica, CA is seeking an Associate Consultant - Commercial Strategy to conduct secondary research and support the creation of high-quality client deliverables. You will structure tasks, manage workload, and communicate proactively with the team and leadership.

The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and presentation/meeting facilitation abilities. Travel may be required as part of project work; a graduate degree in business or life sciences is

Qualifications

Graduate degree in business or life science.
Experience in research and data analysis (organization of sources, data processing, analysis, and quality checking accuracy).
Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

Support cross-functional management of projects for client organizations and internally at Syneos Health.
Demonstrate proactive project management to meet objectives, milestones, and timelines.
Navigate the consulting cycle by creating project deliverables, quality checking work, and incorporating edits from leadership.
Leverage data analysis, industry best practices, and syndicated reports to propose creative ideas.
Consolidate complex industry, market, client portfolio, and product data and trends clearly.
Apply experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work to drive results.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and solid business acumen with presentation and meeting facilitation.
