Responsibilities

• Support the overall cross-functional management of projects, at both the client organization, as well as internally at Syneos Health.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills through proactive management of individual project responsibilities and workload to meet objectives, milestones, and timelines.
• Navigate the consulting cycle of creating project deliverables, quality checking work, and incorporating edits from leadership.
• Leverage data analysis, personal experience, and industry best practices to propose creative ideas using competitive and industry sources.
• Consolidate complex industry, market, client portfolio, and product data and trends clearly.
• Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work.
• Strong analytical skills and solid business acumen, presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
