Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Commercial Specialist to drive WOW customer service, support commercial sales, and coordinate orders and deliveries. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate billing records and ensuring on-time fulfillment.

You’ll build relationships through account visits, outreach, and diligent documentation, while promoting a safe work environment and leading the department when the Commercial Sales Manager is away. Strong English and Spanish communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial customers with product selection and order management.

• Generate new business through inbound calls and in-person outreach.
• Follow cash handling procedures, including deposits and collections.
• Document and inspect all deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Monitor and report on vehicle maintenance and safety.
• Manage battery consignment inventory and perform weekly stock checks.
• Handle returns and accident procedures according to company policy.
• Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment for all team members.
