Job summary

AutoZone in California is seeking a Commercial Specialist to drive WOW customer service and support commercial sales and order fulfillment. You will handle product selection, billing accuracy, deliveries, and inventory checks, while coordinating with drivers and the warehouse.

You’ll build relationships with commercial customers, conduct visits, and help lead the team in the Commercial Sales Manager’s absence, promoting safety and compliance in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial customers with product selection and order management.

• Follow cash handling procedures, including deposits and collections.
• Document and inspect all deliveries for accuracy and condition.

• Manage battery consignments and perform weekly stock checks.
• Handle returns and accident procedures according to policy.
• Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment for all team members.
