Job summary

AutoZone in Hubbard, OR is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support commercial sales and service operations. You will drive WOW customer service, assist with product selection, and coordinate order fulfillment and deliveries.

You will conduct account visits, manage billing records, monitor deliveries, and help lead the department in the Commercial Sales Manager’s absence while promoting safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through inbound calls and in-person outreach.
• Follow cash handling procedures, including deposits and collections.
• Document and inspect all deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Monitor and report on vehicle maintenance and safety.
• Manage battery consignment inventory and perform weekly stock checks.
• Handle returns and accident procedures according to company policy.
• Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment for all team members.
