Job Overview

Bryan Electric is seeking a Full-Time Service Technician Electrician to join our Service/Rollout team. The Service/Small Project Commercial Electrician will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and installing electrical systems and equipment in customer facilities. This role involves working during normal hours, with on-call rotations 24/7, and performing small project electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and professionally, both in writing and verbally, including accurate daily paperwork.
• Respond professionally to customer electrical needs.
• Understand and adhere to OSHA requirements and company safety policies.
• Use mobile tablets to update work orders and manage documentation accurately.
• Report to management in a clear and professional manner (e.g., time sheets, evaluations).
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and determine repair strategies.
• Install systems per NEC standards and applicable codes.
• Communicate issues clearly to customers and management.
• Requisition materials, tools, and manpower needed for work completion.
• Manage resources to control budgets effectively.
• Care for company vehicle, tools, inventory, and equipment.
• Supervise and develop any assigned manpower.

Required Skills

• Strong commercial and industrial electrical experience (5+ years preferred).
• Proficient troubleshooting skills with test equipment.
• Knowledge of the National Electric Code.
• Valid license to operate and maintain specialized electrical service vehicles.
