Job summary

Commercial Kitchen is seeking a motivated Commercial Equipment Service Technician to service McAllen, TX and surrounding areas. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration and ware washing equipment at customer sites while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills, a valid driver's license, and are comfortable with after-hours on-call schedules. Company vehicle provided along with benefits.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration and ware washing equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service on every service call.
• Complete service calls promptly.
• Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.
• Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts.

What does a Commercial Equipment Service Technician do?

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial Cooking, Refrigeration and Ware Washing Equipment.


• Provide excellent customer service by meeting expectations on every service call.


• Complete service calls in a timely manner.


• Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts.


• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.


• Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts.

What we need from you:

• Previous experience in cooking, refrigeration, or related military fields. Veterans encouraged to apply!


• Electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills.


• Excellent customer communication skills.


• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.


• Must be at least 18 years of age.


• Valid driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards because you will be driving our cool vans!
