Job summary

Commercial Kitchen Parts & Service in Houston, TX is seeking a Commercial Equipment Service Technician to install, troubleshoot and repair cooking, refrigeration, and ware washing equipment. You will provide excellent customer service on every call, maintain tools and vehicle, and participate in after-hours on-call.

EPA certification and driver’s license required; CFESA certification a plus. Competitive hourly pay, overtime, company vehicle, benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cooking, refrigeration, or related military fields.
• Universal EPA certification.
• Electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and ware washing equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting expectations on every service call.
• Complete service calls in a timely manner.
• Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.
• Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts.
