K&D Factory Service is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R and Kitchen Service Technician to support multiple Pennsylvania locations. The role involves diagnosing and repairing commercial equipment, delivering quality customer service, and maintaining company equipment and records.

Requirements include 2+ years in the field, knowledge of gas/steam/electrical/mechanical systems, and passing a background check and drug screen. On-call duties with overtime pay are expected.

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment/HVAC-R or related field.
• Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Driving record must meet safety standards.
• Successful background check and drug screen required.

Responsabilités

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair issues with commercial equipment.
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call.
• Provide excellent customer experience and collaborate with internal teams.
• Operate company vehicles, tools and equipment per guidelines; on-call with overtime pay.

K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems with commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
• Provide excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines

What You Need to Apply:

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC/R or in a related industry
• Strong Knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems
• Driving record must align with our safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen
