Job summary

K&D Factory Service is seeking Commercial HVAC/R and Kitchen Service Technicians to service Pennsylvania clients from multiple branches. Located in the Bloomsburg area, you’ll diagnose, repair, and support commercial equipment with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC/R or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Driving record must align with safety standards.
• CFESA certification or manufacturer training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair issues with commercial equipment.
• Report all service activities accurately after each call.
• Provide excellent customer experience and support to customers and teammates.
• Ability to work on-call schedule, with overtime pay.
• Operate and manage company vehicles, tools, and equipment per guidelines.

Commercial HVAC/R and Kitchen Service Technician (Dual Tech)

Multiple Locations Across Pennsylvania Full-Time

Experienced Technicians Wanted (2+ Years)

K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems with commercial equipment


• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call


• Provide excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members


• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)


• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines

What You Need to Apply:

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC/R or in a related industry


• Strong Knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems


• Driving record must align with our safety standards


• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset


• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!


• Must be 18 years of age


• Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen
