What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain cooking, refrigeration, and specialty equipment.

  • Collaborate with manufacturers to solve challenges fast.

  • Replace parts, recommend upgrades, and deliver exceptional customer care.

  • Document, organize, and work safely-every time.

What We're Looking ForMinimum Must-Haves:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a technical field (refrigeration, appliance repair, HVAC, military service, etc.).

  • A valid driver's license with a clean record.

  • Flexibility for on-call rotations (nights/weekends).

Bonus Points for:

  • Certifications (EPA, CFESA) or technical licenses.

  • Experience repairing commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment.

  • A self-driven, independent work style.

Physical Stuff:

  • Comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs., working at heights, and tackling diverse environments.
