Responsibilities

We are seeking ambitious and energetic Commercial Service Technicians who enjoy working independently outdoors to service and protect commercial businesses and their surrounding environments from unwanted pest activity. Pest control is more of a maintenance program to prevent reoccurring pest issues, similar to electricians or HVAC technicians, with the ultimate goal of ensuring customer safety and well-being.

What You’ll Do

• Controlling pests and weeds on-site in various commercial accounts.
• Inspecting commercial structures to identify pests, assess infestation severity, and evaluate structural damage.
• Interacting directly with business owners, managers, and designated personnel regarding work to be performed.
• Creating diagrams and graphs indicating infestation types, locations, and severity.
• Coordinating activities with department secretaries and branch personnel.
• Estimating costs, scheduling work, and determining crew time.
• Handling company funds collected during business activities.
• Submitting all paperwork and collections daily.
• Performing administrative tasks as directed, including ordering supplies, preparing reports, and communicating with customers regarding callbacks or service stops.
• Maintaining company-issued equipment and vehicles in a clean and safe condition.
