Responsibilities

We are seeking ambitious and energetic Commercial Service Technicians who enjoy working independently outdoors to service and protect commercial businesses and their surrounding environments from unwanted pest activity. The Pest Control industry is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don’t suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers we serve.

What You’ll Do

• Controlling pests and weeds on-site in a variety of commercial accounts.
• Physically inspecting commercial structures to determine the presence of pests; assessing the severity of infestations and structural damage.
• Interfacing directly with business owners, managers, and/or appointed personnel regarding the work to be accomplished.
• Creating diagrams and graphs indicating the type, degree, and location of infestations.
• Coordinating activities with department secretaries and other branch personnel.
• Estimating costs, crew time, and scheduling work.
• Handling company funds collected during business activities.
• Submitting all paperwork and collections daily.
• Performing administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor, including ordering equipment and supplies, compiling reports, and calling customers regarding callbacks and stopped services.
• Maintaining company-issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times.
