Modigent is seeking a mid-level Service Plumber II to expand independence in commercial plumbing across office buildings, schools, hospitals, and industrial facilities. You’ll perform maintenance, repairs, and installations, handle backflow testing where certified, and grow with hands-on training and clear career paths.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on commercial plumbing service, repair, installation, and maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; trade school, apprenticeship, or equivalent preferred.
• Valid journeyman plumber license preferred; backflow certification a plus; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physical demands: lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, extended physical activity.
• OSHA regulations, plumbing codes, PPE, and safety compliance are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform preventive maintenance, inspections, flushing, pressure testing, and minor repairs on commercial plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, fixtures, pumps, and pipe corrosion with guidance on complex cases.
• Handle installations and replacements of fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and piping per blueprints and codes.
• Lead standard service calls: assess issues, communicate with customers, coordinate parts, and follow up for satisfaction.
