Job summary

WHV Inc. in Winona, MN is seeking an experienced Commercial Service Plumber to join our team.

You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial plumbing systems and fixtures, and perform service calls for commercial clients. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, a MN/WI license and/or journeyman certification, strong problem-solving and customer-service skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex plumbing problems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Perform scheduled and emergency service calls for commercial clients.
• Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, boilers, pumps, valves, piping, backflow systems, and fixtures.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and team members to complete jobs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, plumbing codes, and regulations.
• Keep service vehicle stocked, organized, and clean.
