• Monitor current loans to ensure conformity with terms; maintain current and complete credit files.
• Participate in a formal call program to develop new loan, deposit and fee-based business.
• Follow market trends to increase Bank’s business in established and developing markets.
• Represent the Bank in civic and community activities.
• Provide supervision/mentoring to junior relationship managers as needed.
• Manage and retain existing clients; work closely with internal contacts to service clients.

Solicits new business, cross sells, administers and services existing municipal relationships.

Pay and Compensation

M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $143,300.00 - $238,900.00 Annual (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
