Commercial Senior Auto Claims Adjuster - Remote

Join Mobilitas Insurance as a Commercial Senior Auto Claims Adjuster - Remote. We are a forward-thinking commercial insurance company created by CSAA Insurance, dedicated to reinventing insurance in the mobility space with innovative, technology-driven solutions.

Your Role: Handle non-injury claims for commercial accounts and personal lines non-standard products.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Manage a large inventory of claims with varying complexity.
2. Handle inbound calls, open claims, gather loss details, investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto and property damage claims.
3. Explain policies, coverage options, and recommended actions.
4. Arrange repairs, rentals, towing, and negotiate storage costs.
5. Document claims, communicate with involved parties, and ensure claims are reviewed and resolved according to guidelines.

Training Schedule: Paid virtual training begins June 16th, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or 2+ years of virtual customer service experience.
• 1-2+ years of auto or commercial adjusting/liability experience.
• Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain within 90 days.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of claims adjusting experience.
• Auto physical damage training or certifications (I-CAR, SCLA).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
