Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Olathe, KS is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Technician to install and service commercial electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion, intercoms, and parking control.

The role involves coordinating with customers and contractors, troubleshooting field issues, and ensuring safety and quality; standard hours Monday–Friday with possible overtime and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in systems integration technician role.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Electro/mechanical aptitude and understanding of relay logic.
• Basic networking knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and contractors on-site to ensure successful installations.
• Assess installation or service needs and complete repairs to customer satisfaction.
• Promote service, sales and maintenance contracts; maintain job tickets and time sheets.
• Maintain inventory on truck and ensure safe, clean job sites.
• Complete CODs when applicable and escalate scope changes as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
