CPI Security is seeking a Commercial Security Installation Technician for the Raleigh, NC market. You will install our commercial security solutions, educate customers, and work with the team to ensure systems meet expectations and protect business assets.

Responsibilities

• Installs commercial customers' new equipment or systems to ensure the system exceeds customers’ expectations.
• Educate, train and demonstrate the customers new system.
• Must be able to work closely with supervisor and other technicians to coordinate and complete jobs.
• Maintain a good rapport and attitude with coworkers and customer base.
• Provide solutions and use expertise for challenges that may arise for customers.
• Maintain knowledge of industry changes and new developments in products and technology.
• Present a professional appearance and maintain a clean and professional vehicle image.
• Implement new ideas and strategies to make tasks easier.
