ColdTech Refrigeration is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative for HVAC in North Las Vegas, NV. Base salary plus uncapped commission with OTE $115K+ empowers you to build a thriving book of business in the Las Vegas market.

This role targets selling Commercial HVAC/R Planned Maintenance and Service Agreements. It’s ideal for a driven individual who wants a six-figure career and is comfortable around industrial equipment and rooftops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or proven success in commission-based sales.
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and climbing ladders/rooftops.
• Must be based in the Las Vegas area; valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Set meetings with facility managers, property managers, and business owners.
• Climb on roofs to inspect equipment and learn commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Sell planned maintenance agreements to protect critical business operations.
• Build and grow a book of recurring service revenue.
• Track activity and hit performance targets.
