Responsibilities

We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Commercial Sales Representative to obtain, develop, and generate sales leads. The Pest Control industry is more about maintenance to prevent reoccurring pest activity than what it may seem. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Develop leads and sales through creative solicitation, telemarketing, referrals from existing clients, and working targeted lists of associations (some of which we are members), restaurants, hotels, food processors, grocery stores, warehouses, department stores, condominiums, apartment complexes, office properties, manufacturing, health facilities, and other large businesses. Attend networking meetings and events.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of prior sales experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Branch II Field Representative license issued by the Structural Pest Control Board within 90 days of employment
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments

• Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear
