Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Commercial Specialist to play a key role in commercial sales and service operations. You will drive WOW customer service, increase commercial sales, and ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery while coordinating logistics and supporting the team.

The role combines customer service, sales support, and logistics, with opportunities to lead and grow within the department and to work in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with billing, inventory and delivery processes.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with company procedures.
• Spanish and English bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial customers with product selection and order management.
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Conduct account visits to build relationships and ensure service quality.
• Generate new business via inbound calls and in-person outreach.
• Follow cash handling procedures, including deposits and collections.
• Document and inspect all deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and safety.
• Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment for all team members.
