AutoZone is seeking a Commercial Specialist to drive WOW customer service, support commercial sales, and coordinate logistics. You will help with product selection, order management, billing, and on-time delivery while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities include visits to build relationships, order accuracy checks, and leading the team in the manager's absence. A clean driving record and Spanish/English communication are valued in a fast-paced, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial customers with product selection and order management.
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Conduct account visits to build relationships and ensure service quality.
• Generate new business via inbound calls and in-person outreach.
• Follow cash handling procedures, including deposits and collections.
• Document and inspect all deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Monitor and report on vehicle maintenance and safety.
• Manage battery consignment inventory and perform weekly stock checks.
• Handle returns and accident procedures according to policy.
• Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment for all team members.
