Siemens Energy, Inc. seeks a Commercial Sales leader who will drive all commercial and financial activities across the full sales and bid process. You will prepare terms for Substation Projects, LTSA, and O&M contracts, and lead bid phase improvements with the sales team to ensure forecast accuracy.
The role is open to remote work with travel to Raleigh, NC about 25% of the time. Requires 8+ years in commercial finance, GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and strong negotiation skills.
In this role, you will lead all commercial and financial activities across the full sales and bid process. You will prepare and negotiate commercial and financial terms and conditions across the portfolio, including Substation Projects (Greenfield, Replacement, Refurbishment, Extension), LTSA, O&M contracts, and small orders. You will also lead process improvements during the Sales/Bid phase and partner closely with the sales team to ensure accuracy of the OI forecast.
This position is open to fully remote candidates; however, travel to our Raleigh, NC location is required approximately 25% of the time.

The base salary range for this position is $93,400 to $133,400, and the annual incentive target is 10% of base salary.
Specific offers are determined by various factors, including experience, skills, certifications, location, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range; however, compensation is based on each individual's qualifications and experience.
