What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive revenue through complex sales opportunities that showcase the employer's capabilities
- Identify client business issues and architect tailored information availability solutions
- Deliver and manage proof of values (PoV's) and Use Case Demos (UCD) for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sustainable business growth
- Act as the technical liaison for the employer's partner channel and represent the employer at marketing events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in Cloud, TDR, CASB, DLP, or data security in a Sales Engineer or similar technical sales role
- Strong knowledge of one of the major cloud provider environments (AWS and/or Azure preferred)
- Fundamental experience with networks and databases
- Understanding of data storage types, encryption techniques, and cloud IAM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conveying technical concepts to various audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals
- Higher-level certifications like AWS Solution Architect or Azure Security Engineer Associate
- Experience with SFDC and opportunity tracking systems
- Familiarity with machine learning/AI and data regulatory frameworks
